Yogyakarta, A City of History and Shopping

YOGYAKARTA 

Hi everyone, how is everything ? well, today I will share a story of tourism destination in Indonesia. Yes, this is my first writing, but it's okay. Well, have you ever visit Indonesia before ? I know there are many places in around the world which offer beautiful and spectacular tourism destination to visit. But, for today I will explain about tourism destination which is exist in Indonesia. Indonesia is an archipelago country. It is located in South East Asia. If you ever heard about Bali Island, yeah it's Indonesia. Bali island is a part of Indonesia. It's located in Indonesia. You know, because of Indonesia is an archipelago, it's made this country become a paradise of tourism destination. The tropical weather in Indonesia is the most attractive thing for tourist from around the world. This country has two seasons, wet and summer. So, if you visit Indonesia, you will amaze with its weather. In addition, Indonesia has a wonderful of scenery. For every tourists who love travelling, you can visit this country and make it into your trip list.

Here we go, first destination is Yogyakarta. It's located in Java island. This city has many wonderful destination. But, I want to share about the historical building which exist in this city. I am never ever bored visit this place. Malioboro. If you visit Yogya don't forget to visit Malioboro. You can find several traders here. They sell souvenirs, clothes,  food street and many more. The most famous thing which is sold in this place is Batik.

When you are visit Malioboro don't forget to try delicious food street there. Pecel and Gudheg. Pecel is made from various vegetable that is steam and it is added with peanut sauce. Moreover, gudheg is a food which is made from young jackfruit which is cooked with brown sugar and coconut milk. It taste sweet and delicious.  

When I visited Malioboro, I prefer walking to riding because by walking, I could enjoy the view and of course it's fun because I could observe my surrounding more detail. 😉

Well, after I visited Malioboro then I continued my trip to historical building which is not far from Malioboro and it's still in one street, Vredeburg fortress. In this building, you will see several rooms which is called as diorama room. At least there are 9 to 10 rooms and each of room is provided dioramas that tell about Indonesian people in the imperialism era. The history of Independence of Indonesia.

Each of room is also provided a medium smart Tv where the visitors can read the information of the diorama from it. This place is recommended for parents who wants to teach their children about history, they can visit this place and they also taking their family to shopping in Malioboro. I love visit Maliboro because I can explore the history of its place and yes, I love the people too. People of Yogyakarta are very friendly and it's nice to visit this city. 

So for you who want to visit Yogya, You must visit Malioboro and Vredeburg Fortress. Furthermore, don't forget to try the food street. I recommend you to try pecel, gudheg, bakpia, and sate kendal. It's so delicious. trust me, you will feel the great sensation if you visit there and explore there by walking.
